Reviewer/operator console to inspect pending registration requests and trigger activation into runtime DAO auth only when registration + compliance requirements are satisfied.
Reviewer checklist
Load the queue from the database, verify readiness blockers, then activate only when requirements are met. Activation creates runtime DAO auth records — it cannot be undone from this screen.
When no rows appear, no registration requests are pending yet. Applicants must complete onboarding first. Use a reviewer/operator wallet (bootstrap admin or activated reviewer) — not an applicant wallet still in onboarding.
